Vibration Severity: ISO_10816_3_GRP2_RIGID
Machinery vibration severity evaluation criteria — zone boundaries (A/B/C/D) for bearing housing velocity (mm/s RMS) and shaft displacement (micrometers pk-pk) per ISO 10816-1/3, ISO 20816-1/2/3, ISO 7919-3, API 610/617/611/612, NEMA MG1, VDI 3839, and ISO 14694. Covers ISO 10816-3 Groups 1 and 2 (rigid and flexible mount), ISO 10816-1 Classes I–IV, API centrifugal pump/compressor/steam turbine limits, rotodynamic pump zones, hydraulic machine zones, reciprocating machine limits, fan vibration limits, general alarm/trip multipliers, and summary lookup records.
| standard class | zone or limit | description | machine group | mounting | notes | power kw max (kW) | power kw min (kW) | unit | zone A max mm s (mm/s) | zone B max mm s (mm/s) | zone C max mm s (mm/s) | zone interpretation |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
