Includes gland depth, groove width (inches and mm), squeeze percentage ranges, groove surface finish requirements, backup ring pressure thresholds, representative AS568 O-ring dimensions by dash number, dimensional tolerances, and elastomer material compatibility temperature ranges (NBR, FKM, EPDM, silicone, CR).
