Covers five cross-section size groups (0.070, 0.103, 0.139, 0.210, 0.275 inch) for static radial seals, dynamic reciprocating seals, and face (axial) seals. Includes gland depth, groove width (inches and mm), squeeze percentage ranges, groove surface finish requirements, backup ring pressure thresholds, representative AS568 O-ring dimensions by dash number, dimensional tolerances, and elastomer material compatibility temperature ranges (NBR, FKM, EPDM, silicone, CR).
