It Load Kw*

Total IT heat load to be rejected by immersion cooling in kilowatts. Sum of all server/GPU power in the immersion tank. Typical: 10-50 kW per tank (single-phase), 50-200 kW (two-phase).

Cooling Mode

Cooling mode. 'single_phase' uses pumped liquid with sensible heat rise; 'two_phase' uses evaporative cooling at the fluid's boiling point for higher heat flux. If omitted, defaults to single_phase.

Max Fluid Temp C

Maximum allowable fluid temperature in the tank in degrees Celsius. For single-phase, must exceed inlet temp. Typical range: 40-55 C. If omitted, defaults to 50 C.

Inlet Fluid Temp C

Fluid temperature entering the tank after passing through the CDU heat exchanger in degrees Celsius. Typical range: 25-40 C. If omitted, defaults to 35 C.

Max Gwp

Maximum acceptable 100-year Global Warming Potential. Fluids exceeding this value are rejected. GWP < 1 limits selection to Novec 1230 and mineral oils. If omitted, no GWP filtering is applied.

Tank Volume Liters

Internal volume of the immersion tank in liters. Used to calculate total fluid fill mass. Typical single-rack tanks: 200-500 L. If omitted, fluid fill mass is not calculated.
